Is this content unique?

Yes and No. It uses a proprietary engine to take duplicate content and make it unique. This is important for several reasons. The most important reason being search engine ranking. How much to advertisers pay to advertise on your site?

Financial sites are high in demand for advertisers.  This is because there is HUGE money in this industry.  If you are advertising using Google Adsense, or pay per click ads, you will get about $1-$2 a click.  That is just for the user clicking on an ad.

If you are advertising using an affiliate ad, they will pay $30 or more per closed loan.   As you can see, just one sale and it will pay for itself.
